We are currently searching for a Corporate Accountant to work at one of Envolve Client Services Group Corporate offices.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Responsible for revenue billing for multiple Corporate entities. Responsible for reconciling Accounts Receivable subsidiary including but not limited to researching discrepancies. Responsible for collecting revenue billings from internal and external customers. Review and analyze transactions from Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable to ensure they have been accurately coded and recorded. Prepare and record journal entries to the General Ledger. Review periodic reports of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and correct errors prior to close of accounting period. Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules. Analyze the Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts for accuracy include monthly variance explanation reporting. Manage working capital and work with AP and AR to investigate, resolve and/or report on discrepancies and manage cash for the corporate entity. Assist in certain financial and operational reporting requests on recurring and as needed basis other duties as assigned

Education And Work Experience Requirements

BA or BS in Accounting 1-3 years in accounting, audit, or treasury related field Accounts receivable or equivalent work experience in an accounting environment preferred CPA preferred, not required

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill And Ability

Advanced skills with MS Excel Basic skills with MS Outlook and Word Must be detail oriented and results driven Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills Strong knowledge of GAAP Experience with audit process Experience with Yardi preferred

Pay Rate: $31.25
