Overview: They are seeking a goal-oriented and ambitious Head of Sales to lead and manage our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for controlling sales channels, developing partner channels, etc. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales management

Core responsibilities: - Direct oversight of the Sales Department (manage a team of approximately 30 professionals located in different countries); - Oversee and optimize all sales channels, including cold sales.

- Develop and implement strategies for building a robust partnership;

- Set clear performance objectives and KPIs, monitoring progress and implementing corrective measures;

- Review and enhance the internal processes and procedures;

- Review and enhance the motivation structures for the Sales department;

- Review the organizational and reporting structure and make necessary adjustments;

- Implement the learning and development procedures;

- Create a strategy to increase client satisfaction metrics;

- Implement performance improvement initiatives processes between sales and other departments. Qualifications: - Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within growing international companies; - Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
