Office Administrator and Customer Service Representative

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Administrator and Customer Service Representative. This position requires a combination of strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office systems, including filing, record-keeping, and inventory control
  • nswer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general administrative support
  • Oversee office supplies and shop safety equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Customer Service Duties:
  • Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, or via email
  • Provide information and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently
  • Process vendor transactions, including payments and returns
  • Maintain accurate customer records and databases
  • Identify and address customer needs and concerns
  • Contribute to a positive and professional customer experience
