We're currently looking for a sales expert to present our program to interested prospects and convert them into loyal members. The ideal candidate will be a sales maven, a team-player and an exceptional ambassador for Goldfish Swim School and available to work 3-5x/week from 8:30am-2:30pm If you want an easy front desk job simply greeting customers, this position is not for you. But, if you love the rush of adrenaline from being busy, are self-directed and love meeting and beating goalswe want to talk to you

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responds to inquiries and leads in a timely manner, presents the merits of Goldfish Swim School and converts prospects into loyal members.
  2. Answers telephones, responds to inquiries, takes messages and screens and directs phone calls in a professional manner.
  3. Processes student registrations using Salesforce and iClassPro booking software.
  4. Resolves customer concerns/complaints using a professional approach.
  5. Assists members with purchases of merchandise and vending.
  6. Greets parents and students as they report to the front desk.
  7. Checks in students on the attendance tracking system.
  8. Maintains cleanliness of the front desk area, Snack Shack area, changing areas, restrooms and observation area.
  9. Checks voicemail and email correspondence and responds in a timely manner.
  10. Provides administrative support to management.
  11. Makes collection calls to resolve billing issues.
  12. Prepares student lesson schedules for use by instructors and management staff.
  13. Fulfills other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Employer.

Experience using Salesforce or another CRM program is a plus

Requirements:
  • Must know how to swim
  • Desire to work with children and make a difference
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Must pass background check
  • Extra consideration will be given to applicants who are interested in being cross-trained to teach swim lessons

Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred. Two years previous customer service and/or administrative office experience required. Intermediate level computer skills required using Word, Excel and other software systems.
