Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to manage and process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and timely. This role involves reviewing and reconciling invoice discrepancies, responding to vendor inquiries, performing monthly vendor reconciliations, and maintaining vendor accounts in compliance with company policies. Additional responsibilities include data entry, auditing, processing, and reconciling credit card activities, developing relationships while providing excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with cash control procedures, and processing and filing 1099s annually. The specialist will also perform other duties as assigned.
Hard Skills

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in NA, Florida and some days remote.
Work Environment
This position is based in a typical office environment, working directly under the Treasury Manager with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
