Requirements:• Availability to work site during key project deliverables and to attend meetings at the Client's site in

Tallahassee, FL

(required);• Experience in Oracle Peoplesoft Financials in Public Sector (7+ years);• Experience in the functional use of Oracle Peoplesoft Financials on at least two project implementations within the last 5 years;• Experience with business system integration with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.

Preferred:• Experience in Project Management and risk identification (2+ years);• Experience documenting business process needs and system requirements;• Experience in overseeing testing, data migration, and deployment activities;• Experience assessing the current OSCA business systems to determine fit or gaps with the PALM system functionality;• Experience in Peoplesoft Financials Grants module;• Experience in data flow and integrating PeopleSoft Financial modules -- GL, PO, AP, AM, AR, PR, and CM;• Experience in Peoplesoft Financials core and modular configuration.

Responsibilities

include but are not limited to the following:• Coordinate various project activities, timelines, and resources to accomplish tasks assigned by the Florida PALM project;• Facilitates the OSCA business transformation, optimization, and onboarding to the Florida PALM Project;• Makes recommendations on systems process analysis, design, and simulation;• Provides input and supports planning and prioritization for business process-related activities;• Provides advice and leadership on future use of technology and business process improvements.
