Leads the discovery phase of large projects to develop high level design by partnering with the Product Management, Web Operations, Project Management, Business and User Experience teams; obtaining cross-function approvals; driving proof-of-concept; and implementing prototypes to validate ideas. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance; accordingly, developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. What you'll bring: You’ll really wow us if… Must have experience in SAP Finance areas like Treasury, General Ledger, Accounts payable, Controlling, Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivables, Bank Accounting etc., Hands on experience in configuration with SAP TRM, BCM and Cash Management Experience with SAP support or green field implementations. Good to have knowledge and understanding of latest SAP S4 HANA Treasury and Cash Management Solutions, but not required. Define, plan and execute large scale SAP transformation programs. Masters or bachelor's in computer science or related field with at least 10to 15years of experience in planning and implementing SAP Finance modules. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in agile environment using scrum tools like JIRA. Experience with minimum 5-10large scale SAP Implementations/Rollout Experience. Good Problem-Solving Skills and ability to handle issues independently.
