Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. Proven experience in financial concepts, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, Journal Entries, Preparation & analysis of Balance Sheet, P & L Statement, Cash flow Statements, mentoring, and accounting software. Strong knowledge of GAAP. (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills and willingness to mentor and work with Executive team members. Experience level 3-4 years min.

Responsibilities:

You will have the opportunity to work directly with the Controller and Ownership to build and execute processes and deliver world-class F & A experience. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll. Prepare and analyze financial statements including Balance Sheets, Income statements and cash flow statements for month end and year end activities. Perform month end and year end processes including providing an outside Auditor with required assistance in gathering account information and documents to perform Annual audit. Manage the Purchasing and Invoicing System. Cash and Sales Data entry and Reconciliation. Maintaining of General Ledger accounts. Reconcile Bank Accounts monthly, verify deposits, and address inquiries from the Bank. Support collections effort. Code Invoices, set up new accounts, reconcile accounts and close the monthly books. Verifies and enters Bank transactions and completes required Journal entries. Perform general cost accounting and other related duties for the Organization. Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. Collaborate with cross functions teams to support Business activities as needed.
