monthly/quarterly/annual

financial reporting requirements of the company, which encompass both external (SEC-format) and internal management reporting.

Participates in the overall consolidation and closing process for MRC’s domestic and international legal entities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not all inclusive) Individual must be able to perform the essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Assist

in the preparation of

monthly/quarterly/annual

financial reports

These reports include the annual (10-K), quarterly (10-Q) and periodic (8-K) reports that are

required

(in SEC-format

);

Assist

in the preparation of monthly internal management

reports;

Assist

in the preparation of Board of Directors and Board Committee

materials;

Assist

with internal controls over financial

reporting;

Review and analyze GAAP and SEC reporting

requirements;

Perform account reconciliations and prepare journal

entries;

Research to

determine

the

appropriate accounting

treatment for complex

transactions/technical

accounting

issues;

Establish excellent rapport with management, corporate employees, branch employees, vendors, and customers using written correspondence, proper phone etiquette, and other effective interpersonal

Education, Experience & Ability Requirements Any combination of requirements

experience;

CPA qualification

Proven ability to develop relationships across departments and to work with global teams as both a leader and a

priorities;

Ability to contribute to the quality process by learning new procedures and functions

within the department as

needed;

Strong analytical skills and knowledge of GAAP; able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, suggest alternatives and drive positive

Comprehensive familiarity with financial compu

ter programs including MS Word, Excel, and

PowerPoint;
