High level of knowledge of product engineering and manufacturing/assembly processes required. High level of interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with business partners and diverse work groups to meet mutual goals required. Strong oral and written communication skills required. Knowledge of blueprint reading and dimensional layout, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
