Our Sales Associates represents Hoffman's Chocolates in the local market by delivering FUN, memorable service, by engaging with our guests, helping them celebrate every day and upholding our commitment to make every bite count.
What you'll do:
Provide a fun, full-service experience to all customers.
Represent the brand and core values appropriately at all times.
Understand Hoffman's culture and demonstrate it to the team.
Supports an environment that welcomes innovation - develops new, fun, tasty sweets and treats for our guests.
Accountable for food safety protocols for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of store. Ensures a safe guest and working environment.
Perform all operational/cash handling procedures accurately according to policies.
Maintain store appearance and stockroom organization.
Effectively communicate all store needs to the Store Manager or Manager on Duty.
Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities promptly.
Must be fluent on and be able to represent the Voice of Hoffman's (VoH)*

What you'll need:
Must be 16 years of age or older.
No retail experience required.
Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Able and willing to operate POS/ register to properly cash out all customers.
Able to walk and stand for long periods of time use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
Able to independently lift/move up to 25lbs. Able to lift/move up to 50lbs with assistance.
