Sales Engineering Professional

We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our team at Hoffman & Hoffman Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to excel in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Job:
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- DEVELOP AND EXECUTE SALES PLANS TO ACHIEVE REVENUE TARGETS AND MEET CUSTOMER NEEDS
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and meet customer requirements
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay current with industry trends
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them
- Present products and services to clients in a clear and compelling manner
- Identify and respond to customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Continuously improve sales processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management from an accredited college or university
- 3+ years of direct industry experience and strong references required
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) license preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
