Responsibilities:

  • Uploading Journal entries, analysis of certain GL accounts, calculating if there are any variances in the budget and taking it down to a detailed level
  • Someone who can execute the functions by merely asking questions vs hand holding
  • Fixed assets would be a plus
  • Understanding the accounting principles, should know debit/credits
  • Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
  • Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
  • Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
  • Report analysis and findings to management team

​Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of accounting experience
  • Healthcare- plus
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must be vaccinated
