Our office is currently partnering with a leading agricultural/commercial construction organization with an immediate opening for a Field Superintendent. This is a reputable design and build group that possesses a large national presence in the agricultural/food production sector with projects throughout the US. This is a thriving company that is looking for passionate individuals to join and aid in their continued growth. 

The ideal candidate will be one who possesses strong construction management experience, preferably with agricultural, industrial, or commercial construction experience. This is a traveling role and the individual should have experience supervising large construction projects and crews. The Project Superintendent will have the opportunity to work closely with other project management and field staff members on large company projects.

Traveling Superintendent Responsibilities:

  • Travel designated territory overseeing company projects
  • Provide support to company and clientele 
  • Stay up to date and knowledgeable on company projects
  • Document proper data and records
  • Help increase company presence and projects
  • Provide timely customer service
  • Communicate directly with Project Managers and Engineering Staff
  • Coordinate with construction crews and Subcontractors
  • Meet with company clients

Traveling Superintendent Qualifications:

  • Strong agriculture/livestock knowledge preferred (construction, facilities)
  • 2 years of superintendent experience
  • Commercial or industrial construction, concrete and structural steel
  • Ability to travel to projects across the US
  • Ability to properly network with industry professionals
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • 2 or 4 year Construction Management or Engineering Degree
  • Basic computer skills
  • Bilingual skills is a plus
