Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead restoration projects resulting from fire, water, mold, and other natural disasters. This role involves cultivating relationships to enhance accounts and managing projects from inception to completion with the assistance of a designated Construction Superintendent. Candidates should possess a blend of sales acumen and project management expertise.


This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 annually, along with the potential for an uncapped annual bonus.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and commercial restoration
  • Prior experience in disaster mitigation estimating and proficiency with Xactimate
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate repair and restoration estimates based on project leads.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and insurance companies.
  • Oversee construction processes through the administrative guidance of the on-site Superintendent to ensure timely and budget-compliant project execution.
  • Assess construction progress and team performance to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Manage the financial aspects of restoration projects.
  • Identify potential legal issues and consult with the Branch Manager and Construction Superintendent.
  • Ensure thorough project close-out procedures are followed.
  • Represent the company in project-related meetings.
  • Offer technical support and guidance to all project team members.
  • Identify new business opportunities and communicate potential projects to Sales and Marketing.
  • Lead internal teams focused on continuous business improvement.
  • Encourage the development of relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Familiarize oneself with all relevant policies and processes.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to mitigate risks.
