As a member of the customer service team, you will assist with customer inquiries and issues related to accounts payable. You will take phone calls and answer chats/emails regarding accounts payables and bills. Successful candidates will be customer-oriented with a commitment to quality and personal ethics with the ability to adapt to continuous policy and procedure changes. Works independently or as part of a group or team in a diverse work environment.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of call center experience
-Strong computer and phone skills. Ability to use web-based computer applications
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
-Able to manage telephone and chat customer interactions and convey confidence while resolving the customer's issues.
-Professional, friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude. Good communication and listening skills. Able to accept constructive criticism.
-Able to understand and accurately communicate customer's needs, while demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
-Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
-Must be 18 years or older
-Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to type 30 wpm
Preferred: SAP skills
