WHAT WE DO At Ageless Men’s Health we focus on safe and medically managed testosterone replacement therapy, weight management, skin care and concierge medicine to help our patients improve their overall health and wellness. With over 70 clinics nationwide and a growing patient base, Ageless Men’s Health is in a period of exponential growth. We are expanding in all facets of business and looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and Client Relations Manager (sales) team. JOB SUMMARY As a Sales Manager with Ageless Men’s Health, you will have the opportunity to oversee and lead the sales and marketing activities of the sales team (we call them Client Relations Managers) at clinics throughout the company. This position will require a significant amount of travel (75%) nationwide with a home base out of our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters location. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IS: + Independent and self-motivated + Detail oriented and highly organized + An experienced leader + Eager to wear many hats in a growing company OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS: + Experience in outside sales event identification, coordination, lead generation and organized follow through (ex. trade shows, expos, bridal shows, etc) + A passion for our mission to improve health and wellness + A deep understanding of effective sales and marketing techniques, preferablyfor outside sales + Strong supervisory and leadership skills with experience training andleading a successful sales team + A desire to travel regularly as we expand the company in various markets nationwide KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: + Provides leadership to the CRM (sales) team. + Manages CRM team and gives direction towards possible resources, sales strategies and opportunities. + Trains CRM team to successfully utilize strong sales techniques to initiate conversation, close deals and schedule evaluations with potential clients. + Motivates, encourages and supports CRM team to ensure quotas are met. + Reviews and analyzes sales and marketing efforts to develop strategy, evaluate effectiveness and identify potential new approaches. + Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts. + Works to understand customer needs; identifies and suggests products, services and sales/marketing techniques that will meet those needs. + Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies. + Establishes and communicates sales quotas and goals for CRM team. + Monitors and approves expenses and events with adherence to budget. + Supports CRM team at events as necessary to ensure success. + Works with Clinic Director and CRM to understand clinic needs and improve internal and external marketing of services offered by the clinic.
