A successful Admin Assistant demonstrates strong communication skills, as they will work hand-in-hand with a broad team to include the: Payroll Commission Analyst, Purchasing Analyst, Installer Onboarding Coordinator, general contractor, installers, and other operations team members to ensure commissions are paid correctly.

This is a full-time position on the Job Costing team in the Purchasing Department, M-F 8am to 5pm.

What Youll Do:

  • Data entry: enter invoice material into our company CRM - LeadPerfection
  • Maintain cost standards for materials and labor
  • Assess, manage, and mitigate risks
  • Prepare cost of goods sold and production reports
  • Review and audit invoices submitted by installers
  • Review and submit POs to installers if needed

What Youll Bring:

  • Bachelors Degree - a plus
  • Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish preferred
  • 1 to 2 years administrative support and data entry experience preferred
  • Interest or experience in administration, accounting, finance, supply chain, purchasing and ordering, logistics, and/or operations - a plus
  • Must be able to efficiently multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 to include Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with various employees
