As a Financial Analyst III, you will be expected to provide the following support to the Program Manager:

  • Develop and maintain Program Budgets, including Breakdown Structures and Cost Estimates to ensure Program Alignment and Cost Effectiveness.
  • Conduct Contractor Proposal Reviews, including Cost Analysis and Work Breakdown Structure reviews to ensure Contractor Compliance and Cost Transparency.
  • Prepare Program Office Estimates, Life Cycle Cost Estimates, Cost Analysis Requirements Description, Independent Cost Estimates, Component Cost Analysis, Business Case Analysis, and Affordability Analysis and Cost Benefit Analysis to inform Program Decision Making.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics and ten (10) years' or more of experience OR Bachelor's Degree and fifteen (15) or more years' experience.

Required Clearance:

  • ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret. Please note US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Government Clearance.
