About the Role

Aston Carter is seeking a highly skilled Cost Analyst to join our team. As a Cost Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing cost analysis and estimating support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain cost models for estimating program resource requirements.
  • Prepare recommendations for program objectives, operating schedules, resource requirements, and overall program plans.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in developing and maintaining Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACE-IT) cost models and files.
  • Assist in the development of cost estimates for work packages and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs).
  • Participate in program/budget scheduling and planning activities.
  • Provide expertise in analysis of Program Office contracts earned value management data.
  • Assist in preparing annual Procurement and Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (P&R) forms.
Requirements
  • Secret Clearance
  • DOD program experience
  • 6+ years of relevant experience and bachelor's degree
  • POM, ACE-IT, Army experience
