# Project Overview:

Driftwood LNG LLC is located approximately 11 miles southwest of Lake Charles, Louisiana. The project includes a mid-scale, mixed-refrigerant Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on the west side of the Calcasieu River. There are five identical process plants. Each process plant consists of one gas pre-treatment unit, one condensate stabilization unit, and four Chart heavy hydrocarbon (HHC) removal and liquefaction groups. The facility will include associated utilities, refrigerant storage, three 235,000m3 full-containment LNG storage tanks, and three marine berths.

# Job Summary:

Responsible for recruiting, screening and in processing of the craft employee. Proficient in the requisition tracking programs and employee data programs. Has a broad knowledge and understanding of industrial relations including ability to function as the Industrial Relations (IR) Representative on a smaller-sized construction or maintenance project. Prior experience in handling craft terminations, recruiting activities, employee dispute resolution and exposure to community relations activity. Participates in delivery of craft new hire orientation. Monitors existing IR programs to ensure desired objectives and /or results are being achieved. Provides advice and counsel to management on IR policies. #LI-TH1

**Job Dimensions**

**A.** Supervision Received:

Daily supervision from Workforce Services Recruiting Supervisor.

At times receives functional and operational supervision from the Project Workforce Services (IR) Manager.

**B.** Supervision Exercised:

**None but may periodically provide guidance to IR processors.**

**C.** Contacts:

Has regular contact with the craft workforce and/or general public.

May have periodic interfaces with regards to local community relations

# Major Responsibilities:

+ Screens craft applicants to ensure they meet the minimum established requirements for the applicable position that they applied for and extends offers of employment to candidates for continued processing and selection for available positions.

+ Conducts training classes and craft orientation.

+ Processes craft requests or actions in conformance with Bechtel Construction Services hiring policy.

+ Collects information or data for the development of an industrial relations program, policy or procedures received from local government agencies, employer associations, trade publications, area competitors and private agencies to determine what crafts are available in the area and their basic skill levels.

+ Collects, assembles and analyzes data or information for industrial relations reports and compares craft availability in the area to company requirements.

+ Processes employee data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) throughout the recruiting and hiring process, and updates as needed.

+ Has oversight responsibility for the recruiting process.

+ Provides advice on industrial relations recruiting issues to site management as requested.

+ Monitors existing industrial relations recruitment programs to ensure desired objectives and/or results are being achieved.

# Education and Experience Requirements:

+ Required bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

+ Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements associated with sourcing employees and applicants.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Prior work experience in industrial craft recruiting.

# Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

+ Understands craft skill sets.

+ Former experience working in a craft.
