Key Requirement:

  • Ability & implement Global Account Management processes.
  • Working closely with different competency teams to bring to the customer all KPIT's domains and strengths.
  • Responsible for managing client relationships at global level.
  • Must contribute to large deals successes.
  • Ability to work in matrix organization.
  • Should have experience of working with offshore/nearshore delivery model.
  • Should be able to connect at C level at the customer organization.

Key attributes:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience required in the automotive domain.
  • Identify and serve stated and unstated needs of clients.
  • Put himself/herself into the mind of the client and understand needs from the clients organization point of view and respond promptly with technical and business solutions to meet these needs.
  • Strategically evaluate the decision-making processes of client organizations.
  • Identify the real decision makers and influencers with an awareness of all key themes and issues throughout the organization.
  • Select and connect with relevant groups/classes to formulate and articulate a problem or a solution in view of the larger picture.
  • Coordinate with the product engineering services under the embedded software domain.
  • Accomplish profitable grown in the assign business management portfolio.
  • Articulating solutions with good sense and judgement in timing and reinforcing the communication.
  • Build mutually rewarding strategic relationships with client executive team (CXOs) and engineering / purchasing senior management (VPs, Senior Directors).
  • Leverage the interpersonal savviness for building relationships to raise and resolve important issues in an atmosphere of mutual trust.
  • Effectively manage conflict situations while negotiating for win-win solutions.
  • Identify and leverage industry partnerships / alliances with ecosystem partners to creatively solve customer problems and develop solutions that add value.
  • Strategically improve profitability and ROI by maximizing revenue, appropriate pricing, maintaining healthy cash flow, optimizing costs while addressing issues like competitive advantage, market share, business models and risk management, and balance short and long-term considerations.
  • Synthesize a situation or problem from the perspectives of multiple stakeholders and address trends, symptoms, problems, alternative technical solutions, and business models.
