Inside Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for prospecting and solution selling a myriad of connectivity products and services to prospects and customers. The Inside Sales Account Manager works collaboratively with other departments to provide the best products and customer service to their clients. This role also has a responsibility for meeting department and company standards for productivity, product knowledge, resourcefulness, and being solution driven.
The compensation for this position is an hourly rate plus commission.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a knowledgeable and proactive approach to customer service that ensures a positive consumer experience with Signal Group.
- Excellent ability to sell effectively over the phone and in person.
- Strong knowledge and technical understanding of connectivity products and services for RVs and travel trailers.
- Strong knowledge of Signal Group Connectivity products and services and how to take them to market.
- Must understand and utilize Solution Selling with all prospect and customer interactions.
- Maintain a professional demeanor in a high call volume and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to prospect to build long-term client and partner relationships.
- Knowledge, and full understanding of long sales cycles to include strong negotiation and sales closure skills
- Willingness to assist on special projects..
- Willingness to travel if necessary to build the company’s brand and presence at trade shows related to the company.
- Utilization of CRM to manage sales pipeline is a must.
Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies:
- Excellent Interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently, self-starter and finisher.
- Ability to participate in a team environment and facilitate group meetings.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Capable of operating within a disciplined, high quality, growth environment.
- Proficient in using a personal computer and proprietary software.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP System, E-Commerce and Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
- Proven knowledge and success in all areas of sales.
- Ability to be flexible and manage multiple projects at the same time.
Education and Experience:
Associate degree preferred
Physical or Other Requirements:
Ability to sit and work at a computer up to 8 hours per day
