About the position:

Role: Client Partner - Healthcare (Payers & Providers)

Location: Minneapolis, MN

This Job might be for you if:

  • You have strong business development focused account management experience.
  • Are a consistent performer with a track record for meeting and exceeding annual booking and revenue targets.
  • Have demonstrable experience of selling solutions and services to both Payers & Providers in the healthcare space.
  • Have experience in identifying, structuring, and closing large managed services deals
  • Are passionate about the innovation economy, are excited about next gen technologies and the future that technology is shaping Product Engineering, Cloud, Mobility, Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Immersive technologies and Blockchain, among others.
  • Have managed senior stakeholder relationships at large customers in Life Sciences /Instrumentation/Medical Devices.
  • Have a strong focus on Client Service excellence.
  • Good understanding of the Life Sciences instrumentation ecosystem and regulatory compliance needs in the same

Your responsibilities will include

  • Building and maintaining key client relationships as a Client Partner with the c-suite at customer.
  • Working in close coordination with the Client Partner on account growth/mining initiatives and will carry account specific booking and revenue numbers.
  • Partnering the CIO/VPs and Vendor management teams to help them identify proactive opportunities and initiatives.
  • Identifying new opportunities, proactive bids, responding to proposals and providing innovative solutions
  • Providing inputs to and executing an Account Growth Plan that includes transactional and strategic initiatives to drive profitable growth
  • Working with Delivery, Sales, Marketing, and partner ecosystem towards achieving the account plan
