Financial: Insurance: New business development activities through direct sales in COTS Product Implementation and support, Persona Based Digital Transformation, and Traditional New Client Hunting. Developing strong customer relationships and understanding their products and business strategies. Supporting sales strategy development. Building and maintaining a network of customer contacts and partners. Reviewing accounts receivable status and driving increased deal signing margins. Increasing market share and customer engagement. Delivery/Customer Satisfaction: Coordinating internal resources in sales and delivery for an enhanced customer experience. Building a group of referenceable customers. Ensuring a smooth hand-off of new accounts to account management teams. Forecasting resources for accounts. Offering/Competency Development: Insurance experience, preferably in Property and Casualty. Experience with COTS insurance products. Supporting solutions teams with customer perspectives and competitive intelligence. Showcasing Wipro's solutions as a strategic fit for customers. Pushing for higher value services and integrated opportunities. Exemplifying Wipro leadership in conferences and seminars. Driving sales process adherence. This role focuses on developing new clients for Wipro in COTS Product Implementation, Persona Based Digital Transformation, and Traditional New Client Hunting.
