Program Management Analyst

Overview: PROGRAM MANAGEMENT ANALYST (VOPS-(phone number removed)

Bowhead seeks a Program Management Analyst to provide routine and complex program management support/analyses to the Aegis Baseline 5.4 project team at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD).

Responsibilities: Job duties include but are not limited to:

Supporting the Senior Technical Lead (STL) for the Aegis BMD Legacy Baselines.

Analyze, evaluate, and edit Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) data for monthly performance metrics for government leads.

Schedule and coordinate Classified Video Teleconferences (CVTC) and Teams meetings with both government and government contractor organizations.

Attend meetings weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly in support of Baseline Senior Technical Lead’s requirements.

Organize meeting planning and recording meeting minutes for distribution to government team.

Review, edit, and monitor deliverables to ensure compliance with Baseline project schedules.

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business or Science

Three (3) years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs

Demonstrated experience in the following areas: procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis

Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts

Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time

Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.

US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
