Programmer Analyst Qualifications

  • Strong C#.NET Full Stack Developer with 5 plus years of experience in building multi-tier Web and Windows-based solutions. Must have demonstrated experience with both front-end (user interface) and back-end (services, database integration) development using tools like Visual Studio, and SQL Management Studio.
  • Programming experience in C#, ASP.Net web forms, ASCX and Custom controls, WCF, Soap Web Services, MVC, jQuery, JavaScript, Entity Framework, LINQ, and Windows Services is required.
  • Database experience including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
  • Experience working with SAP Crystal reports reporting tool is required.
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps and Git repositories.
  • Experience with current front-end technologies like React, Angular, etc., and familiarity with .Net core and cloud-based technologies is desired.
  • Ability to work both as a team member, or independently on complex tasks, to maintain project timelines, and budgets, and deliver on commitments.
  • Able to decompose system requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents into modular component specifications for coding. Full life cycle project experience is strongly preferred.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills for consulting with users to understand needs, define requirements, and provide effective solutions.
  • Good writing skills to be able to effectively document system components, such as system architecture, data flow, operations, software installations, and support.
  • A bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field is desired.
  • Understanding of the company's existing IT environment and of applicable company policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Plan and execute Unit and Integration testing of .NET software modules, and develop test plans as needed.
