Responsibilities

We're looking for a service-oriented Staff Acountant with an eye for detail. The Staff Accountant is responsible for the review of all invoices prepared by AP clerks, payment of invoices from vendors and receipt of payments for the company. This position ensures accuracy and proper coding of invoices and processes international vendor payments via wire, ACH or check.

Additional responsibilities include:

* Tracking missing invoices. * Reviewing expense reports. * Processing refunds. * Preparing balance sheet reconciliations. * Managing prepaid tour deposit account. * Maintain positive communication and relations within the office both locally and Corporate. * Assist on special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* Accounting Degree or relevant experience * Attention to detail * High level of organization * Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Excel * Strong communication skills
