The Payroll Analyst is tasked with analyzing payroll data within systems, reconciling vendor credits and debits, and conducting internal audits to ensure accuracy. They oversee an assigned caseload of locations/contracts, maintain employee records, and process payroll in the database, ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in payroll systems, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Process and ensure accurate and timely bi-weekly payrolls, including odd and even pay cycles. Analyze payroll data, review computed wages, and correct errors to maintain payroll accuracy. Oversee an assigned caseload of locations/contracts, including processing payroll and employee garnishments. Perform audits and reviews of payroll data entries and respond to employee inquiries. Collaborate with HR and Accounting departments, maintain confidentiality, and create ad-hoc reports within the payroll system. Qualifications & Requirements

Education College degree or related payroll/accounting experience. Experience Three to five years of experience processing payroll required. Working knowledge of KRONOS time-keeper and UKG software preferred. Experience with report writing tools.
