• Perform the lead auditor role and follow up on activities with suppliers including but not limit to quality system and process audit, also including supplier are behaving in compliance with environmental and ethical standards. • Lead supplier development projects, evaluate supplier system gaps and drive APQP/PPAP and PPAPs approval, including on site audit in support of implementation teams. • Early involvement to Supplier phase in and phase out projects. • Maintain an expert level understanding of global standards, tools and templates to identify gaps and train suppliers at all levels to drive improvements in KPI’s • Lead Chip/PCBA/plastic injection/packing suppliers with strong experience • Drive and guide supplier 8D process and ensure 8D report approval quality. • Resolve major or escalated operational issues with suppliers such as quality and delivery problems, including engaging the right people (internally and externally) • Ensure supplier quality and performance data is available and accurate at all times for suppliers in their category and benchmark best in class practices to drive suppliers with continuous improvement. • Data analysis of worst supplier performance. • Daily supplier quality related claim handlings. • Tasks assigned by function manager. Strong supplier quality management background with excellent communication skills in bilingual languages. Electrical engineering education or relevant SQE background, mechanical experience is prefered Strong experience of Chip/PCBA/plastic injection/packing suppliers Minimum 6 years experience as a SQE in a international company Global mindset with NPD project experience. Good oral and written English skill is required Well knowledge about ISO9001 system or IATF16949 system with quality tools like 8D/5 tools Excellent communication skill Good practical computer skills (MS-Office/MS-Outlook/) SAP experience
