Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee the daily operations of our treatment facility. The Director of Operations will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to all operational functions of the facility, including clinical services, administrative operations, and support services.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the effective delivery of treatment services and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of staff members, ensuring a high level of competence and professionalism.

Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment programs that meet the needs of our clients and adhere to best practices in addiction treatment.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of the facility against established goals and objectives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Manage the facility's budget and resources effectively, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.

Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement among staff members, promoting a positive work environment and a client-centered approach to care.

Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, referral sources, and community partners, representing the facility's interests and building positive relationships.

Qualifications - Management experience in overseeing operations - Proven track record in strategic planning and execution - Strong leadership skills to drive team performance - Demonstrated ability in negotiation and business development - Proficient in project management and process improvement - Background in operations management and optimizing workflows

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, staff members, and external stakeholders.

-Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
