Policy Coverage Guru: Ensure policy coverage and endorsements meet the needs of all clients, both new and renewals.

Retention Champion: Take ownership of retaining all accounts assigned to the team.

Requirements
Active P&C License: Your active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is your ticket to success.
5+ Years of Account Management Experience: Bring your extensive experience of at least 5 years in account management to the table.
Above-Average Computer Skills: Embrace the opportunity to expand your skills and proficiency in programs like AMS360.
Professional Designation: Hold at least one professional designation, such as CIC or CPCU, or showcase your comparable job experience.
Compensation: $65k-85k + Bonus, matching 401k, benefits, competitive PTO package.
