We're looking for a Business Developer who's well-versed in the public sector. If you have a genuine interest in the commercial field and are committed to contributing to our business’s growth, we’d like to hear from you. We value assertiveness, the ability to swiftly find effective solutions, and the resilience to tackle challenges head-on.
Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities in the private and public sector (map and monitor public procurement processes).
Know the different typologies and formats of public procurement.
Use public procurement platforms (mainly Vortal and Acingov).
Know the context and process of contracting within the European Union (ted eTenders).
Present the Tangível Group to potential clients in the private sector and also public institutions and bodies.
Write, budget and present commercial proposals together with the technical team.
Create and analyze strategic partnerships that support business development.
Negotiate contracts: contract terms, prices and conditions with direct customers and procurement departments.
Understand the different types and formats of public procurement.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Developer.
Experience working with public tenders.
Legal knowledge related to public tenders (Public Procurement Code in Portugal).
Knowledge of the IT/Digital market.
Knowledge of the UX/Design market (preferred).
Ability to present complex proposals, ideas and concepts in a captivating way.
Ability to find solutions, work in a fast-paced environment, and be resilient.
