Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Regional Director of Sales at Synergy Hospitality Group. As the Regional Director of Sales, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, building and maintaining customer relationships, leading a sales team, and driving business development. This role is based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area
(But will entertain candidates in Louisiana, Tennessee, and Alabama) , with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Sales and Business Development skills
Past Multi-Property Experience is Required (Minimum 2 years)
Past Experience as a Team Leader and Remote Manager is Required
This Role Requires 40% Travel and Internet Access
Experience in Sales Operations and Customer Service
Team Management and Leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
