Position Summary The FP&A Analyst will assist in providing financial, strategic, and analytical support primarily to Corporate and Value Center leaders. This position plays a significant role in the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic/operating plans. The FP&A Analyst will contribute to the overall assessment of ITT performance (both operational and corporate) to be presented through regular financial status communications to the Leadership Team. In addition, the s/he will directly contribute to quarterly earnings analytics and will support strategic planning, scenario analysis, benchmarking, and special projects. Essential Responsibilities Essential Functions of the Role: Contribute to the implementation of the 5 pillars of the FP&A vision: track and drive performance; contribute to efficient resource allocation; support efficient decision-making; and, champion a high-performance culture. Review SFO financial forecasts to help identify opportunities and risks. Assist with the coordination and establishment of the financial targets and data requirements for the strategic, operating, and budget plans. Assist with the financial data requirements and analysis for internal reporting to the Leadership Team and Operations. Collaborate cross-functionally to support operations and other SFO functions. Evaluate financial inputs to ensure accuracy and achievability. Help develop monthly and quarterly business review requirements, consolidating outlooks and preparing financial analysis. Perform competitive and other benchmarking analysis. Conduct special analysis and other tasks as required by management. Position Requirements Qualifications/Attributes: BS/BA in Accounting or Finance. Excellent skills in financial analysis, financial modeling, planning, and problem-solving. Continuous improvement-minded, motivated, and dedicated team player. Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills required to model and communicate financial analysis to Senior Management. Effective listening and communication skills. Additional Qualifications: Curiosity, willingness to learn. Resourceful, take on new challenges and initiatives. Analytical mindset.
