Our Strategy Consultants: Engage with C-Level and senior leadership for strategic discussion and planning of the use of UKG products. Deliver UKG Advisory Service packages to our customer base, including stakeholder interviews, surveys, configuration reviews, and labor data mining. Engage in thought leadership activities through the creation of published articles, case studies, and/or blog postings. Partner with Sales to generate Advisory Service consulting opportunities. Participate in the development of new Advisory Service for Healthcare offerings. Serve as Program Manager for large scale Enterprise implementations where applicable. Serve as a resource and mentor within the Healthcare team and cross-vertically, as needed. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 5-8+ years' experience implementing and consulting on the UKG Pro WFM suite of products. Deep understanding of the Healthcare industry and workforce management leading practices. Deep understanding of UKG legacy solutions (Workforce Central & Workforce Dimensions). Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of how Timekeeper, Absence Management, and Scheduler interact, dependencies, and risks. Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $96,900 to $139,300, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
