and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our

Group Finance team

and its’ growth. The role will be covering group-level FP&A management reporting & planning processes, and providing an opportunity to interact with key members of our finance team globally. The incumbent will oversee a team of 3 financial analysts and will join a community of Finance specialists based in our Global Service Center in Mumbai, India.

Key responsibilities: Support group-wide month end closing

Interact with Controllership team, at group-level and in countries, to ensure completeness and accuracy of underlying management information; ensure cost centers are properly applied, all variances vs. budget and forecast can be explained; monitor integrity of selected intercompany recharges Lead the rolling forecast process: provide updates to input templates as needed; coordinate with country FP&A managers and group business partners to ensure reasonableness of forecast; implement controls to validate integrity of forecast Consolidate monthly results, analyze variances and provide first-level analysis for FP&A business partners

Lead centralized planning activities

Load and validate data to financial models; support the data life cycle in the system Contribute to the enhancement of the global compensation planning model and take ownership for compensation modelling activities; Manage the position management process (creation of budgeted positions, elimination or modification of budgeted positions, creation of variance positions) Support planning of all intercompany transactions, working closely with groupwide Finance and FP&A managers Partner with FP&A colleagues on design of budget process and play a pivotal role in the organization and execution of budgeting activities

Management Reporting and Analysis:

Lead the production of management reports, ensuring that the financial information presented is accurate and consistent across reports; propose enhancements to the way the information is presented Provide ad hoc analysis as requested

Team Management:

Train and coach a team of analysts through their daily activities Ensure the team's effective performance and development Develop solid relationship with the Group FP&A team in Hong Kong, the Regional Directors across Asia, Europe and US as well as the broader finance community

Key requirements: Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in FP&A. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field; qualified accountant preferred Extensive experience working with financial planning and reporting systems; familiarity with SAP and SAC preferred Tech savvy, with ability to learn quickly new applications and assess how to best leverage a group of functional systems (HR, sales etc.) to support FP&A processes Strong attention to detail, data integrity and accuracy Robust analytical skills, with ability to build large financial models Proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with global stakeholders Experience in managing junior team members; ability to work under strict timelines and to effectively manage a team of junior members to meet deliverables deadlines Fluency in English, both verbal and written Company Benefits: At our Vistra India office, we believe in putting our employees’ well-being first We offer a hybrid working arrangement.
