ABOUT THE POSITION (REMOTE)
As a Digital Advertising Strategist with BrightFire, you’ll play a key role in the implementation, optimization, and ongoing day-to-day management of multiple pay-per-click (PPC) accounts in order to drive measurable revenue for our insurance agent clients. You’ll discuss paid advertising goals with our PPC clients, set proper expectations, build-out / manage their campaigns, and communicate results to our clients via email and consultation phone calls and/or Zoom meetings. You’ll also be expected to drive long-term PPC customer retention and help the rest of our PPC team do the same. The ideal candidate has a passion for digital marketing and enjoys looking for ways to grow and improve the digital presence of our clients.
This position is remote in USA only.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and Google Analytics for client accounts, from initial setup and implementation to ongoing maintenance and analysis.
Analyze metrics to identify trends and opportunities across our portfolio of clients.
Build and optimize campaigns to maximize client ROI.
Follow best practices for campaign strategy.
Host and confidently lead client meetings and ROI analyses via phone or Zoom.
Document meeting summaries through internal notes and meeting recap emails to clients.
Collaborate on ad landing pages.
Input and update client information in HubSpot.
Ensure that ad campaigns are being delivered accurately and effectively.
Proactively investigate and work to improve under-performing campaigns.
Help guide and update BrightFire's digital advertising processes.
Analyze metrics to discover common trends and find opportunities across our client portfolio.
QUALIFICATIONS
1+ year of client-facing PPC/paid search experience.
Advanced knowledge and understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable trends.
Google Ads Editor experience a plus.
HubSpot experience is a plus.
