Key clients include The Coca-Cola Company, Uber, Moët Hennessy, Bayer, Mondelez, Danone & Bacardi. We are 100 people across 4 key hubs, and now expanding into the USA market, where we are already doing business.

We are looking to bring on board a Strategist, based in Atlanta, Georgia, to join the multicultural USA team.

The key responsibilities of the role will be:

  • Lead strategic projects for local and global companies.
  • Receive and understand client briefs and translate them into inspirational proposals with a strong approach to generating business growth.
  • Creatively develop content to drive business opportunities.
  • Develop and build long-term partnerships with Clients.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Economy, Sociology, Communication Science or alike.
  • Proven track record of 5+ years working in marketing or consulting roles within marketing agencies, leading FMCG or services companies or strategy consulting firms.
  • Leadership and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Team player, curious and passionate.
  • Experience working with multinational brands and clients.
  • Fascinated by consumer behavior, cultural trends and strategy.
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment develop and sustain business and long term relations.
  • Fit with BMC values: leadership, passion, sensitivity, perspective, accountability, and creativity.
  • Spanish language, a plus (but not mandatory).
