The Associate Manager, Advertising is responsible for supporting the day-to-day advertising initiatives for Arbyâs. This position will play a key role in the development and execution of advertising campaigns as part of the Annual Marketing Calendar. This individual will support the strategy of the calendar and campaigns, in partnership with the integrated marketing team. In addition, they will play a role in the day-to-day connectivity and relationship management of both agencies and internal parties. The Associate Manager, Advertising will support production of TV and digital shoots, as assigned. The Associate Manager, Advertising sits on the Arbyâs Integrated Marketing team and reports to the Manager, Advertising.

This role sits within the Atlanta Support Center and is required onsite at least 80%.


 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver best-in-class creative. Support creative development including concept selection, creative refinement, production and final delivery. Responsible for supporting linear/digital video, audio, outdoor, paid social, digital channels, partnerships/sponsorships
  • Day-to-day interaction with creative agency partners with focus on Integrated Agency Teamâs lead creative AOR.
  • Work cross-functionally between IMC, Arbyâs Marketing and other internal stakeholders to deliver integrated creative for strategic marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with media/connections plans to recommend creative rotations, oversee preparation of creative asset grids, trafficking plans.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 4-year degree in marketing or business related program
  • 3-5 Years Strong preference for advertising agency experience in account management or project management.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
  • Foundation in integrated marketing and multi-media channel marketing including an understanding of digital channels
  • Ability to collaborate with agencies to develop and communicate brand messages that engage consumers
  • Ability to evaluate and provide feedback on creative ideas in a way that improves the quality and effectiveness of the work and maintains strong working relationship with internal resources and agency partners
  • Ability to manage budgets on assigned projects
  • Ability to set goals, determine priorities, plan, organize and follow through on assigned responsibilities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Thrives in an environment where multiple projects are managed to on-time delivery
  • Driven by the opportunity to solve business problems with creative thinking
  • Strong communication skills and ability to speak and write concisely and effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team; collaborate with other departments and IMC team members.
  • Advertising production experience
