Description: Faced-paced property management team looking to add a self-motivated Property Service Coordinator to the group to facilitate and oversee maintenance service items to resident-occupied and vacant homes. We are seeking someone who is willing to learn new processes with a positive attitude while using creative solutions for problem-solving. Some experience with knowledge of home repairs and general maintenance is greatly preferred This position would put you working in a team environment working with inner-office staff, outside vendors, clients, and residents. We truly value a fun and positive work environment, so attitude is everything Strong communication skills would be needed for the best work experience. Job Responsibilities Include: - Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve service issues through computer software and communication with residents and vendors. - Facilitate, monitor, and ensure unit turn completion for vacant properties. - Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors. - Perform property inspections as needed for vacant homes, onboarding new properties, and major repairs. - Understand budgeting and cost of repairs to ensure making knowledgeable decisions on behalf of our clients. - Coordinate and oversee move-in, move-out, and renewals inspections. - Driving to properties for inspections, property checks, posting notices, etc. - Additional property-related duties as needed. Qualifications: - High school diploma required. - High efficiency in computer navigation and willing to learn new software. - Experience with Microsoft products including email, Word, and Excel. Teams familiarity is a plus - Valid drivers license with reliable transportation. Compensation available for work-related travel. - Ability to multi-task while staying organized. - Provide exceptional customer service. - Work well in high-stress situations with support from team.
