We're looking for an enterprising and committed Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta, GA, and help propel our mission forward. Responsibilities:

Work alongside the team to build and maintain an engaging events calendar for the South East region, highlighting key trade shows, conferences, and other industry-related events. Assist in creating captivating proposals, prequalifications, and marketing materials that effectively showcase our commitment to diversity and community impact. Manage our social media channels, creating compelling content, fostering community connections, and using analytics to enhance our social media strategies. Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competitors. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Executive Vice President to devise and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns. Oversee various administrative tasks such as maintaining marketing databases, tracking project progress, and organizing marketing collateral. Utilize your Adobe Creative Suite skills to create visually appealing marketing materials and presentations. Requirements:

A degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. A proactive, self-motivated approach to work and a willingness to learn and adapt. Prior experience or interest in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is a plus.
