We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Manager to expand our portfolio and develop long-lasting relationships with property owners. Job Description: As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our business growth. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients who currently self-manage their properties or are considering switching from other management companies. Your goal will be to demonstrate the value and benefits of our services to secure new contracts and expand our portfolio. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and properties to our management portfolio.

Manage and convert warm leads into successful business partnerships.

Conduct cold calls and outreach to landlords and property owners to introduce our services and arrange meetings.

Network extensively within the industry to create new opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.

Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients, clearly communicating the advantages of our property management solutions.

Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and service delivery for new clients.

Regularly report on sales progress and forecast future sales volumes to align with company objectives.

Requirements: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role in property management or real estate.

Strong networking skills with a track record of effectively building and maintaining professional relationships.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and close deals.

Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven record of achieving sales quotas.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
