Job DescriptionWe currently have an exciting opportunity for aFull-Time Branch Sales Managerin our Jackson, TennesseeBranch.OVERVIEW:Working as Branch Sales Manager, you will lead the branch team and be responsible for all elements of the branch business, including ownership of the branch P L. Responsibilities include working with company leadership to grow sales, hire and develop personnel, improve operational efficiency and other day to day activities such as receiving, shipping, sourcing, and inventory management as needed to ensure success of the business.Duties and Responsibilities Creating and executing a sales plan in a local area to reach and exceed business goals Demonstrating sales excellence daily Effectively lead and motivate your team Expanding existing customer base and identifying growth strategies for new sales channels Utilizing CE's proprietary technology to grow sales and promote operational excellence Developing and training others to surpass personal ambitionsIn addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.About UsCarrier Enterprise (CE) is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world, Watsco, Inc.
