People & Organizational Change Management Program Manager

Supporting: Internal Audit, Analytics/Data Science, AI/Client, etc.

Location: East Coast, Highly Preferred, Must be willing/able to commute to client site on occasion (be located within 1-2 hours of one of our client's office locations)

About The Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Change Management Consultant to join our client's team in the data analytics sector. This role is critical in ensuring that the Contract Lifecycle Management project is successful in terms of meeting its objectives on time and within budget, primarily through enhancing employee adoption and minimizing resistance. The Consultant will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, and job roles.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, design, and deliver customized, effective organizational, team, and individual change management solutions. Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan. Collaborate with project leadership to integrate change strategies and communications into agile project planning and deliverables. Implement plans specific to the rollout, training, communications, adoption, and knowledge-building of Contract Management Lifecycle capabilities and tool sets. Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of internal communications and training plans. Establish measurement systems using targets and key performance indicators to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual and organization-wide changes. Identify resistance and performance gaps, and develop, recommend, and implement corrective actions.

Education/Experience Requirements

A minimum of five years of related experience in organizational change management related to technology, software, and/or products. Experience across the full organizational change lifecycle and familiarity with various change methodologies or approaches/tools (e.g., Prosci methodology). Extensive experience in presenting findings and conclusions clearly and concisely to stakeholders and management. Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills. Highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, Teams).

Working Conditions

Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in People and Organizational Change Management, particularly in Data Analytics, Advanced Analytics, AI/Client, and Data Science. In-depth understanding of the technical aspects and terminology of Data Analytics and related fields. Proven leadership skills and expertise in guiding diverse teams through change. Strong communication skills and adeptness in stakeholder management.
