The Measurement team within Digital Enablement focuses on building innovative products that empower brands with actionable outcomes and evaluation of marketing efforts through comprehensive & precise measurement solutions.
As part of our Measurement Product Organization, you partner with experts across various healthcare verticals, including pharma, agencies, providers, publishers, and channel partners, with the opportunity to innovate and help to shape industry standards for media measurement and optimization. Our solutions enable data-driven decision making at all stages of the media lifecycle across DTC (Direct to Consumer) and HCP (Healthcare Professional) campaigns, powered by real-world IQVIA data.
This role seamlessly orchestrates multiple projects within the Measurement Team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, strategies, and team priorities. The Senior Program manager will work closely with measurement pillar-stakeholders to define cross-functional requirements, prioritize initiatives, manage scope changes, and mitigate risk within the organization.
Essential Functions:
- Work closely with measurement and technology leads to understand organizational and product goals to develop strategic plans for achieving them through coordinated projects and initiatives.
- Keen awareness and understanding of program governance, business strategy development and execution to enable successful commercial launches of measurement products.
- Oversee a portfolio of projects, developing end-to-end cross-functional project plans that detail critical path tasks, KPIs, milestones, scenario plans to mitigate risks, timelines, and task owners.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to manage and meet internal and client expectations and collaborate effectively.
- Facilitate discussions, decision-making and conflict resolution.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on portfolio progress, impediments, and risks.
- Support the adoption of new processes, technologies or organizational changes associated with program initiatives.
- Support ad-hoc measurement and technology product projects and processes with global impact to the business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/management or related field. An advanced degree or MBA is preferred. Relevant certifications in SCRUM, Project, and Product Management a plus.
- At least 8 years of program management experience, preferably in a healthcare technology or data-focused organization.
- Must possess senior level Program Management skills related to task, schedule, and people.
- Ability to orchestrate the successful execution of multiple projects and initiatives to achieve strategic objectives, drive growth and success against business goals.
- Strong people skills and ability to positively influence stakeholders to resolve impactful risks and drive decision making.
- An understanding of healthcare data, HCP and DTC identity, digital media marketing, and the intricacies of data privacy and security.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $117, $199, The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
