The Senior eCommerce Manager drives sales through the management of Southern Tides Direct to Consumer and Wholesale systems, development work and the applications within each system. This position requires strong cross-function collaboration, critical thinking, and a solution-oriented mindset with the ability to lead a team and solve problems. This position is focused on ensuring an optimal customer experience, using a blend of creative and analytical skills to increase conversion, turn, and profit.
Crew Position:
Oversee and manage eCommerce Southern Tide Direct to Consumer systems, while overseeing B2B wholesale systems.
Lead the creation and implementation of all eCommerce projects.
Oversee and manage support applications within Shopify.
Partner with third party vendors and IT to improve frontend and backend ecommerce functionality related to the user experience, product, returns and exchanges.
Lead and manage eCommerce team to effectively merchandise within product categories ensuring the team provides an exceptional customer experience.
Evaluate and maintain effective category groupings, navigation structure, sort orders, and categorization strategies.
Partner with merchandising to ensure timely and accurate product listings, descriptions, and timely product launch to site.
Lead eCommerce marketing efforts including marketing calendar, campaigns, and all digital marketing needs. Deploy marketing assets and deliverables as needed.
Partner with Merchandise Planning to ensure appropriate inventory is allocated each season and sufficient levels are maintained for all products.
Collaborate across the business to drive improvements to AOV, conversion rate, bounce rate, page load speeds and the customer experience.
Optimize functional updates to user flows, landing pages and product pages.
Manage and lead the eCommerce and B2B support team, providing strategic guidance and insights initiatives where applicable.
Analyze and report on sales trends:
Plan annual and seasonal eCommerce demand targets based on strategy.
Analyze eCommerce sales and product performance, identifying opportunities that help meet budgeted goals and implement the changes necessary.
Utilize reporting and analysis to communicate sales trends as well as category and SKU level performance.

Generally, 7- 8+ years experience in eCommerce.
Experience managing the overall eCommerce website experience, site navigation, and checkout funnel.
Experience with Shopify strongly preferred
Experience in retail or fashion merchandising preferred
Strong understanding of feed and feed optimizations
