Requirements

  • Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational and planning abilities, with attention to detail; initiative-driven with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written; proficient in Microsoft Office and web applications; analytical skills to understand and work with data in IT systems; advanced proficiency in Excel and Access, with strong problem-solving capabilities; positive and professional demeanor with the ability to engage and support customers effectively.
