Part time: Max 20 hours per week
What's the Job?
- Conduct daily phone screen interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Set up group interviews to facilitate efficient candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate and conduct drug screenings to ensure a safe work environment.
- Send out welcome packets to new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Develop and distribute exit surveys to gather valuable feedback from departing employees.
- Analyze exit survey data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and compile new hire orientation paperwork for a seamless introduction.
- Schedule new hire orientation sessions to integrate new team members effectively.
- Create HPWS (Handbook, Policies, and Work Schedules) books for new associates.
- Maintain and update the Fresh Start board with relevant information.
- Scan documents into Content Management System for efficient record keeping.
- Organize and alphabetize new hire training paperwork for easy access.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior HR Leader.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive and professional attitude.
