Senior Supply Chain Analyst

This role will serve as a key workstream lead on a multi-year, company-wide effort to implement a real-time inventory management system across client’s 500+ locations. Prior to install, warehouses need to be redesigned/reorganized per company standards, BIN locations need setup, labels need printed/ placed, warehouse workers need to be trained on new workflows, etc. This individual will be responsible for leading these projects throughout various locations and learn the ins-and-outs of the company’s operations.

Responsibilities Set up warehouses- redesign, install racking if needed, set up BIN locations, print/place labels, etc. Planning and implementing supply chain optimization projects Collaborates daily with cross-functional teams and third parties in support of Real-Time Inventory Program Leads warehouse reorganization and standardization efforts Collects and analyzes data in order to improve a company's supply chain process Holds project stakeholders accountable for completing tasks accurately and on time Provides coaching and hands-on training for end-users of the new inventory system Communicates progress, challenges, and recommendations to project stakeholders and leadership Actively contributes to continuous improvement initiatives related to the inventory system Up to 80% travel required across the US

Qualifications Bachelors degree in related field (Analytics, Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance, Accounting) Minimum of 1-3 years experience in Supply Chain or Logistics Knowledge of basic inventory management principles Experience with process improvement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated leadership potential and eagerness to grow and develop within the organization Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to independently organize tasks and drive them to completion Proficiency in Excel Experience with Enterprise ERPs and/or Warehouse Management Systems a plus, not required Ability to lift 30+ pounds Ability to travel up to 80%
